Why use eBay?

For many people eBay has been the source of the success, whether they run a small one man business that is home based or up to large car sales companies who use it as an additional outlet, the basics are simple. Sign up, pay a fee and list your product. It’s that simple, but it is not suited to all types of business.

Yet for a start up it can be one the fastest and safest ways of launching products into the marketplace, whether it is for handmade goods or second hand furniture, the principles are the same.

Management at eBay estimate that at any one time there are always 10 million items on sale, which is incredible when you think at it, and this is good for business, because people trust eBay and therefore in return trust you and your products, which is why is it a good business move to get listed and stop missing out on the action.
