Marketing to your customers

A business without customers is doomed, so no doubt keeping you customers would be a top priority yet there are times when customers find themselves bombarded with marketing and this can get to such an extent that they decided that enough is enough and their off.

Businesses often confuse their customers by making things too complicated or time consuming and in many cases the customers will not even bother to take up offers etc. It is far better to use simple and concise messages to customers. Using quick points that put across the message that you are trying to make.

On some occasions marketing expects customers to do more than one thing at a time, this will not do. Stick to one point and one clear message and your customers will appreciate it.
