Google looking for business referrals

In the US Google are hiring Local Business Referral Agents, who work in their local areas recruiting businesses for the Google Maps project.

The program offers local business to get more exposure through listings on Google Maps, it is the agent’s job to call on local businesses, to collect information and take photos. This data is then uploaded to Google once they have verified the information, the agent will get paid.

The agent will get $10 per confirmed listing; they estimate that a good agent should be able to get around three verified businesses an hour.
