There was a time when Twitter was considered a stupid idea, after all who wants to know want people are doing in their lives? Well it would seem quite a lot of people do and that is why the numbers of people who Twitter is growing.
However, it is not just individuals that have the Twitterbug business is getting in on the act too. It has been realised that for businesses have access to thousands of people can be useful, even if it is for just publicising a new addition to their website.
It is not just small companies that are using Twitter as a business tool, many large organisations do too. It is a fast easy way of connecting and for the user it is simple short message system that appeals, there are no flashy junk mail ads on twitter just quick and short bursts of information, ideal for getting the word out.
