Restaurant says, “Pay what you want”

It is great when a business owner understands that it is everyone who is suffering from the current financial crisis, one such businessman is Peter Ilic the owner of four restaurants under the Little Bay name.

For the entire month of February his customers will not be getting a full bill that has everything itemised, because they will be asked to pay what they want, it can be anything from 1p to £50 the customer gets to choose.

It is a good idea; because he is keeping all of his clientele happy and will benefit from their business in the long term, but in a strange turn of events, it works out that, his takings are in fact twenty per cent higher than they would have been if he had charged the right prices.
