Great ideas need sleep
You hear of stories from people who believe that they go to sleep at night and wake up in morning with a truly wonderful idea. This is true of many creative people such as famous authors etc. However, does sleep really help a good idea come to the surface?
It has long been believed that sleep enables the brain to sort things out in the mind; this is because during the day the brain has to cope with so many different events, many at the same time that it cannot actually relax and think things over properly. This could be why sometimes we forget we left the car or to do something important.
The way to make sure that a problem can be solved, the key is to think about the problem before you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning, the chances are that the solution will be resolved.
