Beatles track that has never been heard

During their transition from smart suited singers to psychedelic performers one track was put on hold, Carnival of Light recorded in 1967, was only ever performed once but reckoned to be far too extreme for the audiences of the time.

But now the light has been seen and finally Beatle fans all around the globe will be in for a treat as the fourteen minute track could now find its way onto the shelves of the music stores forty years later from when the band originally sat down and improvised.

The master tape is owned by Sir Paul McCartney, but he would need the permission of John Lennon’s widow, Yoko Ono, and George Harrison’s widow, Olivia Harrison before the track is turned into a wonderful CD that has the potential to raise millions, who would argue against that?
