Firefox reaches record figures

Mozilla have been keeping quiet about their recent success in the browser market, their Firefox browser has secured around twenty per cent of the market last month proving that they are a true competitor for Microsoft’s internet explorer.

Internet explorer has a commanding lead over the browser market with a holding of around seventy two per cent, a target that is surely not going to be reached for many years to come.

The problem for users is still the fact that over ninety per cent of the computer operating systems, which of course has internet explorer as the default browser, most users cannot be bothered to change this and so therefore Mozilla has a hard job ahead.
