Sexist men get on better

This is not going to be good news for those people who believe in fair practice for all people, in recent research carried out by researchers at the University of Florida it has been found that men with sexist or old fashioned views about women in the work place tend to get on better than other men.

It seems to boil down to the separation of home and work, this is just one thing that men can do very easily and women cannot, this is because they are always concerned about the their children should they be ill or off school for some reason.

Whereas men cannot switch off from home while at work and give it 100% of their attention all of the time, it is this that separates the sexes and can eventually make all of the difference when it comes to how much they earn later on in their careers.
