Germans not to use Chrome

The German Government have made a surprise announcement telling their citizens not to use Google Chrome, the latest edition to the browser collection.

The advice is coming from Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security no less, who say that the new browser from Google should not be used to surf the internet, this is because if you combine browser and email services there is too much information available about the users.

This could be because there is a dislike of huge US corporations in Germany, so that means that Microsoft, Google and Mozilla are not favourites over there according to some sources.

However, it has to be said, that maybe it is a good thing that the German government are looking in to how secure and safe Google Chrome is.
