Marty McFly’s hover board for sale

There cannot be many people around who have seen Back to the Future, where hero Marty McFly (Michael J Fox) found that skateboards had evolved into hover boards in the second movie. The hover board also appeared in the third and final movie, but after being retired for some time the hover board is now up for sale.

Naturally, for something so special and it has to be said unique, you would have thought that this board would have ended up in some museum or at least found its way to being auctioned at one of the movie memorabilia auctions.

However, no, eBay has been chosen to host the Back to the Future hover board, with an estimated price of between £15,000 and £25,000. Nevertheless, as with many auctions this could reach more, depending on who is interested in this piece of movie history?
