Business pays employees to leave

The business of being business has changed over the years, with new and exciting companies being started up by people who have little or no experience in business, but have great ideas.

This lack of experience has created new companies run by people who have an unconventional approach to business.

Like Zappos, they produce a cool line in footwear which actually produces around a $1 (£500 Million) billion so when they bring in new staff they are put onto the company four week training plan, they get paid for this, which is fair, but it is what happens at the end of the four weeks that is a surprise.

Instead of just saying yes or no, the company approach people that they are interested in keeping on and offer them $1,000 (£500) to leave!

It’s a great way accessing the employee’s loyalty.
