Business backs Brown

It has been said recently that the tax changes would force many business and business people to think about living abroad. If this happened it would cause the government and country some serious problems, but it would seem that the Prime Minister Gordon Brown has the support of some the countries top business people.

A lot of businesses have been tempted across the Irish Sea to Ireland where the taxes are a lot easier, and they have the advantage of speaking English and the extra benefits of using the Euro which is a great for companies who export.

But Gordon Brown has saved the day for now, and has the assurance of the bosses that they are staying put for now. But for exactly how long is another question, any more slip ups by the government and there could be a massive exodus.
