Taking the baby to work

There is a growing trend in the US for new mother to be bale to take their babies to works with them, so if this came in over here just how would we all cope?

Well in the states and even in Australia this trend is taking off, with employers providing the facilities that are required, this could be because of the difference in maternity leave, in fact there is very little statutory maternity leave, which would mean that the mother would be going without pay for as long as it takes.

However this may sound ok, but there some serious problems that would need to be addressed first, like what would it be like travelling to work during the working day rush hour? There is also the problem of the if the baby is crying or ill during working hours, this could all lead to a situation where it all gets out of hand.
