Microsoft is about to get heavy with Yahoo

When Microsoft begin saying that they mean business, it is normally an advance warning that you are going to be crushed. So when an offer of nearly $45 billion is turned down, it can go one of two ways.

They walk away from the deal and let the company struggle until they are taken over by someone else of or suffer as a result of not taking to deal in the first place. Or the company, Microsoft in this case will drop everything and go all out to get what they want.

As Yahoo are going to soon find, it is the later that is going to happen here, Microsoft want Yahoo and they are prepared to make the shareholders an offer that they simply cannot refuse in order to get control of the company.

Apparently Microsoft will be giving Yahoo three weeks to make up their minds.
