Is the customer always right?

Well if we listen to people who work in stores then you would think not, because it is not really what they want to be thinking. After all if the customer is always right then this is going to lead to all sorts of problems for the store staff.

These are reasons as to why the customer is always wrong:

It makes employees unhappy
It gives abrasive customers an unfair advantage
Some customers are bad for business
It results in worse customer service
Some customers are just plain wrong

So is this really what the nice shop people think of customers? Well you would probably have to say yes, but of course there are always the ones who buck the trend.
