Niche market could be the key to success
Being a small business has its advantages no matter what your business does, whether it provides a service or supplies a product the basics are the same, in order to become a very successful small business you will need to explore your niche in that particular market sector and exploit it.
By doing this a small business can really get the upper hand on the larger and more successful business within your chosen industry. This is because by focussing or to put it another way being narrow minded in how you do business and to whom, you are doing something that big businesses just simply cannot afford to do and therefore you get the upper hand.
It may take time and there may be a few mishaps along the way, but it just has to be worth putting in the time and being narrow minded about your business.
