Microsoft develops the software spy

Developing a super spying piece of software that will be able to spy on workers is the super sized software company Microsoft; this will be able to monitor employees as they go about their daily working routine. They have even gone as far to apply for a patent which will protect it from being copied.

The is software is being look at as being the new big brother for employers and it will not just watch what they are doing, it will be capable of measuring their heart rate, body temperature, movement, blood pressure and even facial expressions.

Could this be a piece of software to far? Is all of this monitoring necessary to ensure that employees are doing their jobs right or that they are in good health. This type of monitoring has to breach some civil rights somewhere along the line, but what do you do, accept it or lose your job!
