Amazon has a good Christmas

Considering that there has been much talk about the slow lead up to the Christmas rush, but that must have just been one side of the story, for despite the talking down of sales, some businesses have actually thrived and it is the online retailers who have done very well for themselves.

Amazon has announced that they found that the Wii was one of the top selling items of the season and indeed of 2007. In while the product was in stock, they were actually selling them at a rate of seventeen per second. But is was not just games consuls, Amazon were selling video games, Macbooks, Tablet PC’s, and Entertainment notebooks too.

The busiest day of the month was the tenth, where customers were ordering 62.5 items per second, and the company was shipping items to more than 200 countries.
