BT caps business broadband

Some BT broadband users are finding that they are being capped for their use, despite having an unlimited usage.

But apparently it seems this does apply, as some users are seeing their connection speeds falling from 800 kbps to 50-100 kbps, but after contacting the service dept, who simply say that there must be a fault on the line, it is then found that the broadband service has been capped but why, business users are uncapped aren’t they.

However it seems that BT business accounts are automatically capped through the hours of 6 pm and 12 am, which is not very good if they work with foreign businesses.
